DESCRIPTION: Shoulder-length dirty blonde hair, large glasses, usually walking around with either a cigarette or some sort of hard candy in her mouth. Clenches her teeth a lot and juts out her lower jaw because she thinks it makes her look tough. Fairly athletic. Smells like fruity candy and cigarette smoke. Her fashion sense is fairly typical late-70s/early-80s casual wear. Lots of plaid, flannel, and denim, usually with a looser fit than what might be popular in modern times. Never wears skirts or anything overly 'girly', no piercings, and tends to wear men's style rings with no jewels and a wider band. This pic is a good representation of her usual dress style.
DEMEANOR: She's outspoken and aggressive, not afraid to make physical contact or invade personal space. She likes to appear confident and establish herself as the dominant party in any given conversation if she can. Speech-wise, she tends to speak loudly, confidently, and with a lot of emphasis on certain words (especially curse words, insults, and anything else that might provoke). Her voice dips into a low growl when she's really angry.
ABILITIES: Will stab as a warning.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: She's touchy and bound to take offense to something sooner or later, but her relationships with her sisters and with Frieda are particularly sore spots.

The crime that got Carol into prison was the murder of her approximately 10-12 year old sister, Debbie, by drowning her in a lake. Although she doesn't walk around bragging about it, it is a major part of her life. Her close CR and definitely her Warden are going to have to deal with this topic at some point, if child death is something you would OOCly find upsetting to engage with. She was also a big-time drug dealer in prison and isn't shy about that fact, but she herself doesn't use anything beyond alcohol and cigarettes and can easily refrain from discussing drugs. Her relationship with her parents was primarily one of neglect, but although it's not extreme her dad wasn't afraid to get physical when it came to punishing her and her sisters so there may be mentions of that as well.
